Terms of Purchase

Add products to your shopping cart.
Place your order by clicking on “Ostukorv” (Shopping Cart).
Make a payment: In our online store, you can pay via direct links for Swedbank, SEB, LHV, COOP Pank, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, and N26, as well as with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can also use the “ESTO Pay in 3” option (no extra fees or interest) or ESTO installment plans.
Before placing your order, please review the ordering, payment, and return instructions.

The system automatically sends an order confirmation to the email address you provided once the order has been placed. All product prices in the online store are in euros and include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in the Republic of Estonia, as well as any other state or local government taxes.
Online banking payments are processed in cooperation with Montonio, enabling simple and secure payment for online purchases. You will be redirected to a page where you can select your bank and pay for the order using the appropriate bank link. Nogel OÜ is the data controller for personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor, Montonio.

Orders within Estonia are delivered within 3–5 days of order confirmation. We use Omniva, SmartPost, and DPD parcel lockers, as well as the SmartPost courier service, for delivery. Nõgel is not liable for delivery delays if the goods were handed over to the logistics partners on time and the delay is caused by the logistics partner. Shipping costs apply to orders under €29. Orders of €29 or more are shipped free of charge.

After receiving your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without stating a reason. The goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice, or you must provide proof that the goods were handed over to a logistics company within that period. We will refund the payment for the goods within 5 working days. Please notify us of your wish to return the goods by emailing hello@nogelorganics.com.

In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act, the 14-day right of return does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Free delivery no longer applies if the customer returns goods (in whole or in part) and the final purchase amount falls below the threshold required for free shipping. In such cases, we will refund the purchase price of the products minus the applicable delivery fee.

If you forget to pick up your parcel and it is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping costs from the total price of the ordered products when issuing a refund.

We treat all personal data of the customer obtained during visits to the Nôgel online store and the making of purchases as confidential information and disclose it to third parties only when necessary for the delivery of goods or as required by law. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and banking details.
